Tyler Kaiser

Tyler Kaiser was born in Duluth, Minnesota and has composed, performed, taught and lived in this area longer than some would consider prudent. Why? He doesn't want the alternative of living in a crime-ridden, overpopulated metropolis just because that is supposedly what successful musicians are supposed to do, and, this is his home--you know, where family and friends live. So, most of his credentials are from this area but, if you really want to know, he has received some national recognition too; if you want a list, come talk to him after the show. He would hope that the reason you need this information is that you want to hire him because the only reason he would really choose to leave this area is the pathetic income that musicians make here even though there are many good people who support the arts. And did you hear? He wrote the music for the opera.
